Full Stack Developer (node.js)

Sitgram is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who loves building clean, modern, and scalable web applications. About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer at Sitgram, you will work on real SaaS products used by businesses and customers. You’ll handle both frontend and backend development, help improve existing features, and build new ones from scratch.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow in a modern tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

• Build fast, secure, and scalable backend services.

• Work with APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud tools.

• Manage and optimize databases for performance.

• Participate in planning, brainstorming, and team discussions.

• Debug issues, improve code quality, and maintain best practices.

• Contribute new ideas to improve product experience.

You don’t need to know everything — but you must be willing to learn.

Core Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Next

• Strong backend knowledge using Node.js, Nest.js, or similar.

• Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.

• Knowledge of Git, deployment tools, and cloud services.

• Experience working in a monorepo environment (Nx, Turborepo, or similar).

• Good understanding of tRPC or similar RPC-based communication systems.

• Familiar with ORPC concepts for connecting frontend and backend through shared types.

• Ability to collaborate with a team and communicate clearly.

• A problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.

• Experience with SaaS products, system architecture, or DevOps tools is a big plus.
