About the Role

As a Frontend Developer at Sitgram, you will be responsible for building clean, responsive, and high-performance web applications. You’ll work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring ideas to life using modern frameworks and UI libraries.

This role is ideal for someone who loves teamwork, keeps up with new frontend trends, and enjoys crafting user-centric interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern and responsive user interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.

• Build UI components using modern libraries such as shadcn/ui, Radix UI, Material UI, or custom design systems.

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect code.

• Integrate REST or GraphQL APIs and work closely with backend teams.

• Ensure smooth performance, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Collaborate in team planning, daily standups, and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot bugs and improve UI/UX with attention to detail.

• Keep up with new technologies, tools, and UI best practices.

Core Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue, or similar.

• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, responsive design, and UI layout techniques.

• Experience with modern UI component libraries, such as: shadcn/ui or any custom styling system

• Understanding of API integration (REST/GraphQL).

• Experience with Git, version control, and basic deployment processes.

• Ability to collaborate in a team, communicate clearly, and handle feedback professionally.

• A positive, problem-solving attitude with willingness to learn.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, Jotai).

• Basic knowledge of monorepos, tRPC, ORPC, or shared TypeScript codebases.

• Experience building or maintaining a design system.

• Understanding of accessibility (A11y) and web performance optimization.

• Experience building SaaS dashboards, admin panels, or multi-tenant apps.
