Sitgram is looking for a Project Manager who will take full ownership of our product from planning and development to launch, growth, sales, and marketing support. This role is ideal for someone who understands both product building and business impact, and can connect teams, timelines, and goals.

About the Role
As a Project Manager at Sitgram, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle. You’ll work closely with development, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the product is built right, delivered on time, and positioned well in the market.
You are not just managing tasks—you are managing the success of the product.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full product lifecycle (idea → development → launch → sales)
Plan and track product roadmap, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with developers, designers, sales, and marketing teams
Translate business needs into clear product requirements
Oversee feature development and continuous product improvement
Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams
Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and planning
Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
Core Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Product Manager
Strong understanding of software product development
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Clear communication and leadership skills
Problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude
Familiar with Agile / Scrum or similar workflows
Additional Requirements (Nice to Have)
Experience working in a startup or product-based company
Basic technical understanding (frontend, backend, APIs)
Experience supporting sales or marketing teams
Knowledge of tools like ClickUp, Jira, Notion, or similar
Experience in SaaS or digital products
